115年9月6日，為期二天一夜的「2026－2027菁英幹部領導研習營」於台中市林酒店隆重舉行。來自全台各分會的會長、幹部及姐妹們齊聚一堂，共同學習、交流與成長，在滿滿的知識、歡笑及感動中圓滿落幕。

衷心感謝第29屆卓仕文總監、蔡鈴蘭創會總監、歷任總監、八大委員會主委，以及美麗又認真的陽光團隊，用心規劃每一項課程與活動流程。從前期籌備到現場執行，每一個細節都展現出團隊的專業、用心與絕佳默契。

同時也感謝全台各分會會長及姐妹們熱情參與、有始有終，因為大家的支持與投入，才能共同成就這場內容豐富、充滿溫度的菁英盛會。

本次研習課程實用又精彩！除了四長分組指導會務運作，讓會長、秘書長、財務長及資訊長更加了解各自的職責與權責外，李銓鑫老師生動精彩的國際禮儀講座，以及楊鈞百醫師幽默風趣的健康睡眠科技解析，也讓姐妹們在輕鬆的氣氛中學習新知、拓展視野。

各委員會的經驗傳承與精彩分享，更讓大家收穫滿滿：

「國際事務」由北部主委許新凰、中部主委陳程錦雲及南部主委曾澎英，以深入淺出的方式主講「將世界帶進蘭馨，把台灣蘭馨帶向世界」，鼓勵姐妹們拓展國際視野，讓台灣蘭馨在國際舞台持續發光。

「紀律及教育」由張素靜主委期勉大家，隨著組織持續擴展、會員人數不斷增加，各分會培育的優秀人才也越來越多。因此，蘭馨下一階段的重要任務，便是加強教育制度與人才學習環境，進一步提升組織治理的成熟度。

「會員擴展」由紀黎瓊副主委與賴鄸萱前會長默契配合，分享如何凝聚分會向心力、發揮團隊影響力，讓姐妹們更加熱愛蘭馨，並吸引更多優秀女性加入蘭馨大家庭。

「夢想活動」由活動計畫主委汪呂寶蕉透過清楚生動的圖文說明，帶領姐妹們深入認識蘭馨的各項夢想活動與服務精神，讓「女人幫助女人」的力量持續傳遞。

最令人感動的，是基金籌募主委陸游月紅與張淑珠前會長默契十足、一搭一唱，成功帶動全場氣氛。現場姐妹們熱情響應、慷慨解囊，短短不到半小時便募集超過新臺幣160萬元教育基金，充分展現蘭馨姐妹滿滿的愛心與行動力，也完美實踐「女人幫助女人、女人支持女人、女人成就女人」的蘭馨精神！

晚宴的「陽光牛仔趴」更將活動氣氛推向最高點！姐妹們紛紛化身帥氣亮麗的牛仔女郎，由總監與各分會會長領軍走秀進場，熱情洋溢、活力四射，現場歡笑聲與掌聲不斷，充分展現蘭馨姐妹自信、團結又多采多姿的魅力。

特別感謝13個協辦分會的全力支持，以及所有贊助、協助活動和在背後默默付出的工作人員。因為每一位姐妹的同心協力，才能讓這場研習營順利圓滿。讓我們為團隊這二天的精彩表現與絕佳默契按讚！

【Passing on the Legacy, Embracing the World, Spreading Joy and Love!】
The 2026–2027 Elite Leadership Workshop Concludes with Great Success

On September 6, 2026, the two-day, one-night 2026–2027 Elite Leadership Workshop was held at The Lin Hotel in Taichung and concluded with great success.

Club presidents, officers, and Soroptimist sisters from across Taiwan gathered together to learn, exchange ideas, and grow. The workshop came to a perfect close, leaving everyone with valuable knowledge, joyful memories, and heartfelt inspiration.

Our sincere gratitude goes to Governor Shi-Wen Cho, Founding Governor Tsai Ling-lan, our Past Governors, the Chairs of the Eight Major Committees, and the beautiful and dedicated Sunshine Team for carefully planning every session and activity.

From the early stages of preparation to the on-site execution, every detail reflected the team’s professionalism, dedication, and outstanding teamwork.

We would also like to thank all club presidents, officers, and Soroptimist sisters from across Taiwan for their enthusiastic participation and wholehearted support. It was everyone’s commitment and involvement that made this meaningful and inspiring leadership workshop possible.

The sessions were practical, enriching, and engaging. The officer breakout sessions provided clear guidance on club operations and helped club presidents, secretaries, treasurers, and information officers better understand their respective roles and responsibilities.

Lecturer Ronald Li delivered an engaging and informative presentation on international etiquette, while Dr. Yang Jun-bai shared humorous and practical insights into sleep health and technology. Their presentations allowed our sisters to gain valuable knowledge and broaden their perspectives in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

The presentations by our major committees were equally inspiring and rewarding:

International Affairs

Northern Chair Teresa Hsu, Central Chair Chen Cheng Chin-yun, and Southern Chair Tseng Peng-ying delivered an insightful and easy-to-understand presentation on the theme:

“Bringing the World into Soroptimist and Bringing Taiwan Soroptimist to the World.”

They encouraged our sisters to broaden their international perspectives and help Taiwan Soroptimist continue to shine on the global stage.

Discipline and Education

Chair Chang Su-ching shared that as our organization continues to expand and its membership continues to grow, our clubs are cultivating an increasing number of outstanding leaders.

Therefore, the next important task for Soroptimist is not only to continue expanding the organization, but also to strengthen education, create a better learning environment for talent development, and further enhance the maturity of organizational governance.

Membership Extension

Vice Chair Chi Li-Chiung and Past President Lai Meng-Hsuan worked together seamlessly to share valuable experiences on how to strengthen club cohesion, expand collective influence, deepen members’ love for Soroptimist, and attract more outstanding women to join the Soroptimist family.

Dream Programs

Program Chair Wang Lu Pao-chiao used clear and engaging visual presentations to guide our sisters in gaining a deeper understanding of Soroptimist’s major Dream Programs and their spirit of service, allowing the power of “Women Helping Women” to continue spreading throughout our communities.

The most touching moment came during the fundraising session.

With the wonderful teamwork and enthusiastic leadership of Fundraising Chair Lu You Yue-hung and Past President Chang Shu-zhu, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and generosity.

Our sisters responded passionately and gave generously, raising more than NT$1.6 million for the education fund in less than 30 minutes!

This remarkable achievement fully demonstrated the love, compassion, and collective action of Soroptimist sisters. It also perfectly embodied the Soroptimist spirit of:

“Women Helping Women, Women Supporting Women, and Women Empowering Women!”

The “Sunshine Cowgirl Party” at the evening banquet brought the entire event to an exciting climax!

Our sisters transformed into stylish and confident cowgirls, while the Governor and club presidents led a high-energy runway entrance. The ballroom was filled with enthusiasm, laughter, and applause, showcasing the confidence, unity, energy, and diverse charm of our Soroptimist sisters.

A special thank-you goes to the 13 co-organizing clubs for their wholehearted support, as well as to all sponsors, volunteers, staff members, and everyone who worked quietly behind the scenes.

It was the unity and dedication of every Soroptimist sister that made this leadership workshop such a great success. Let us give a big round of applause to our team for its outstanding performance and wonderful teamwork throughout these two days!

This two-day, one-night workshop brought us not only valuable knowledge and practical experience, but also the warmth, unity, and love of the Soroptimist family.

May we return to our respective clubs with abundant knowledge, inspiration, and love, transform everything we have learned into action, and continue shining in every community where women and girls need our support.
